its not a diet its a life style

Ok I have been working on some new eating in my life and lost a shade over 5 pounds from monday thru thursday last week.

It was a little too much weight for a week so I cheated on friday and had a sandwich from famous daves and some frys for dinner.

Not the best thing to do I know but I wanted to even out the weight loss and create a little plateau.

Todays saturday and im back on track,

Breakfast one cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup of rasins mixed in. 300 cal

mid morning snack 1oz of 98% fat free beef jerkey 90 cal
