Muslin-Themed Burger King

No, I'm NOT kidding.

Muslim-Themed 'Beurger King' Opens in Paris

After the success of Mecca Cola, a soft drink marketed to French Muslims, it was perhaps only a matter of time before a Muslim-themed, fast-food restaurant opened in the country with Europe's largest Islamic population.

However, instead of using the famous slogan "Have it your way", Beurger King's slogan is "Have it our way or DIE, INFIDEL, DIE!

I'd like a Number 3 value meal and a tea. Can I get that without pickle?

I don't know. Let us Ask Imam.

Really, this is rediculous; next it'll be Taqiya Bell, Jack in the Mosque, Burque King, and McMuslims.

Say it with me...Borders, Language, Culture.

Stupid APC

Known issue caused by APC software

In order for PowerChute Business Edition to remain functional, users must
upgrade to any version of 7.x. Due to expiration of the Sun Java Runtime
Environment certificate, versions 6.x of PowerChute Business Edition will
cease to operate normally as of July 27, 2005. Failure to upgrade will
result in PowerChute Business Edition no longer providing monitoring and
graceful shutdown of your system.

If you reboot the system past July 27, 2005, you have to get jiggy with it:

1. Make sure the APC PBE Agent and APC PBE Server services are
stopped if they exist.

2. Delete the following folders through Windows Explorer or My Computer:

c:\Program Files\APC\PowerChute Business Edition\agent (or whatever the install path was)

c:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{BCE9F441-9027-4911-82E0-5FB28057897D}

c:\Program Files\APC\PowerChute Business Edition\server
c:\Program Files\Common Files\APC
c:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{A6491A4A-AAA0-4892-BFEF-ECD6CECE2FF3}
c:\Program Files\APC\PowerChute Business Edition\console
c:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{0F86FD09-BA63-4E45-A70B-604C1106C2F2}

3. Go to the start menu, then run, and type regedt32.

4. Find and delete the following keys. Note... some keys may require a
change of security. Keys such as
KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_APCPBESERVER may
error when attempting to delete them.

To change the security, select the key to be deleted and go to the security menu option and choose permissions. Make sure you have full control access. You can set this access to everyone as it will be deleted and permissions will no longer be an issue.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\APC\PowerChute Business Edition

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\v:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{BCE9F441-9027-4911-82E0-5FB28057897D}

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_APCPBEAGENT

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\APCPBEAgent

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Eventlog\Application\AP CPBEAgent

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_APCPBEAGENT

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\APCPBEAgent

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog\Application\APCPBEAgent

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{A6491A4A-AAA0-4892-BFEF-ECD6CECE2FF3}

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_APCPBESERVER

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\APCPBEServer

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_APCPBESERVER

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\APCPBEServer

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\APC\PowerChute Business Edition\console

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\console.exe

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{0F86FD09-BA63-4E45-A70B-604C1106C2F2}

5. Exit the registry and try the installation again

Then, send APC a giant Fuck You letter for making this stupid mistake.
