I've been waiting for this
The legislature of my home state of Illinois has finally got their act together and chosen popcorn as the official state snack!
This is good news for the people of the City-State of Chicago, as well as for popcorn afficionados everywhere. And I'm sure this bold move will help lessen the impact of the State's current budget crisis and issues of corruption.
